Future American F1 Team Seeks Investor | Formula 1 Racing

All of the information that you need concerning American F1 Racing, Force1USA is below.

But, just in case you do not have the funding for Formula 1 racing, have you ever thought of Offshore Powerboat Racing ?It's a LOT cheaper, very fast, tons of Horsepower, and the travel is domestic u.s. (another reason it's a lot less expensive to race.







Force1USA is primarily interested in forming an American-based Formula 1 team that is capable of winning a world title, with Don Pentecost as driver. We would also negotiate for any other form of motor sport racing; road racing, drag racing, f1 boat racing, nascar, supermoto motorcycles, flat-track motorcycles, motogp motorcycles, speedway motorcycles, pro stock motorcycles, sprint cars, closed circuit off road car racing, offshore powerboats, or ?

The final objective will always be a Formula 1 world championship.

The original 2013 budget, the amount that we need from an investor, is $69.5 Million USD.

This would fund the team through the start-up phase (first 6 months), plus 2 years of F1 racing.

Yes, this would be a very tight budget, with no "frills", but I believe that it would still be capable

of world-class F1 performance.

The 2013 Budget is based on being fully funded by August 1, 2012.

It is only common sense that we would gladly accept a larger budget, and financial commitment.

Stage 1; $69.5 Million

Stage 2; $83 Million ( includes a second F1 car and/or sufficient replacement parts and additional logistic costs. $33.2 Million per year for 36 months/2.5 years.

Stage 3; $98 Million.$39.2 Million per year. 36 months/2.5 years.

Stage 4; $108 Million...$43.2 Million 36 months/2.5 years Starts Research and Development Stage.

Stage 5; $125 Million. $50 Million per year. 36 months/ 2.5years. Starts business development stage, where internal business development will create team self-sufficiency, and self-funding the team.

Stage 6; $150 Million. $60 Million per year. 36 months/2.5 years.

Level 6 starts multiple cars + my global alternative energy solution-invention will be included. We need to have the sponsorship eventually be a self-sustaining, in-house, profitable business. This is different from the first 3 stages, where it is basically sports entertainment and a glorified hobby. It is not a real business and it is not a real job.

Stage 7; $175 Million. $70 Million per year. 36 months/2.5 years.

Stage 8; $200 Million. $80 Million per year. 36 months/2.5 years.

Stage 9; $225 Million. $90 Million per year. 36 months/2.5 years.

Stage 10/Level 10; $250 Million. $100 Million per year. 36 months/2.5 years.

I need an investor for Force1USA, a future, American-based Formula 1 team, but I am NOT looking for a hand-out.

I have THE global alternative energy solution (my invention), and the very substantial (potential) assets, which is the return on investment. This can be used as collateral, and on-going f1 team funding. Potential ROI is over $100 Billion, and will completely eliminate the need for middle east (or any other form) of oil.

If you are a qualified investor, you need me as much as I need you.

1) The huge profits from the global alternative energy solution (not solution "s"), not to mention giving the world a huge benefit as far as air pollution is concerned, not funding global terrorism, etc. Take way oil profits from Iran and they have nothing.

2) I can bring tremendous attention to your brand, corporation, f1 team, etc. for the following reasons;

A) I have the potential to win a F1 world championship. (it doesn't matter what some people might think about this statement, they don't know me).

B) I would be the oldest F1 champion in history, and definitely the oldest competing. I am 56 years old.

C) I would be a real working class person in F1. This would be a first, and it would also draw a lot attention, hopefully a large, working-class television fan base. Even though other F1 drivers would not be happy and the working class fans still wouldn't be able to afford to go to the races.

D) There are other "spin-off" financial benefits of the items listed above; a "reality" show with an "average Joe" that is able to race F1, books, etc..."No One has done what I plan on doing"..it's called the team vision, and it does take a team and a lot of money.

Starting any motor sport team is NOT a "business", at least in the start-up stages. It is all expenditures with no return. Therefore, why play the game of creating and providing a traditional "business plan". What an investor needs is an extremely detailed budget, where every purchase item possible is listed. This includes all personnel and their salaries. This actually shows thought and experience.

The primary focus of this blog is to acquire funding for a start-up motor sport team that will win races, preferably Formula 1 (TM) F1 (TM) and located in the United States. There will always be a Registered Trademark for anything related to Formula 1, f1, Formula One, FIA or Grand Prix. I have always had exceptional talent in motor sports, but I have never had the money to actually be on an even level (or even in the ballpark) with other competitors in the professional ranks. I am one, of only two racers that were moved from beginner/novice to the expert pro class within 3 races. This was CMC motocross, which was the premier motocross organization in California, and California was the mecca of motocross at that time. Temecula, Ca. is still motocross central to this day.  
CAR RACING I also have had 30 off road car races under my belt, and all were wins in races that I finished. 30 Races, 27 1st Place Finishes, with 2 DNF's (due to mechanical problems), and one crash (rolled two and half times, stopping upside down, slight "tweaking" of my neck. The crash put an end to car racing because of financial problems. The car was borrowed. The problem was that I never had the finances to excel at the professional level. I worked low paying jobs, but I worked and paid for what I had. Even in professional motocross I could only race once per month, if I was lucky. The motocross bike was always straight off the showroom floor, and raced at least ten times with the same tires. Once when the motorcycle broke, it sat for six months until I had the money to fix it. I drove to the races in a 1969 Plymouth valiant that I paid $300 for. I wore levi jeans and construction boots, not leathers and motocross boots. The point is that I have the genetics, natural ability, motivation, physical conditioning, and professional racing experience to win races in any motor sport, but I have never had the money to back up my ability. Anyone that thinks that motocross racing does not relate to car racing is ignorant on this subject. I found car racing extremely easy compared to motocross. As far as being physically demanding, and picking the best lines, it is much easier in car racing. Also the chance of immediate injury is much higher in motocross..i.e. the number of paralyzed motocross racers. Returning to the original topic; " I can be a world champion in Formula 1 (TM) within 3 seasons if provided with the financial backing equal to the teams that are currently competing." Actually I could do it for much less. One reason for this is that it is insanity to pay a Formula 1 driver (TM) $59 Million USD or more per year. Over a Million dollars per week, come on ! I would want full business management responsibilities for the first 3 years; hiring the right personnel, acquiring the right building, managing all start-up tasks, etc. The first year could be spent road racing Porsche GT3R, (either domestic or international), and then transition into Formula 1 (TM), after the first year. This depends on the FIA (TM), and the available budget. The start-up budget would be $69 Million USD for the first THREE YEARS. For financial stability reasons, the entire amount would have to be available in a U.S. Trust Fund...This will avoid the disaster that USF1 went through. Force 1 USA is not associated with USF1 or Force India F1. Sponsor Future Formula 1 Champion

I am still seeking an investor for a future Formula 1 start-up motorsport team.
I can not only be a world champion in Formula 1, but I would be the oldest
champion in hsitory...this alone will bring a lot of attention to any sponsor.
I would also be the business manager, and handle all start-up duties for the

Let's stop the insanity of promoting the "green economy" and start promoting the REAL SOLUTION.

The only real solution is my invention...this is the bottom line.
